Transportation and Risk of Loss
Standard delivery terms are F.O.B. Nehring’s shipping point with title and risk of loss passing to Buyer at Nehring’s shipping point. Transportation expenses are paid by Buyer unless Buyer achieves the following shipment quantities:
• Copper wire shipments of 2,000 lbs or more
• Aluminum wire shipments of 10,000 lbs or more
• Combined shipments of copper and aluminum wire of 2,000 lbs or more
Orders not meeting these quantities are shipped prepaid and add or collect. No merchandise will be accepted for return unless written or verbal authorization is provided by Seller. Damage or loss claims are to be made directly to the carrier.
Price Adjustment
All prices are subject to metal adjustments, unless otherwise specified, on day of shipment.
Copper: Price to be based on the producers published price for electrolytic cathode or Comex day of shipment.
Aluminum: Price to be based on “Metals Week.” U.S. transaction average price for month prior to shipment.
Product Disclosures
• All weights, measurements, and values are nominal
• Alternate insulation thicknesses available upon request
• Colors available upon request
• Alternate constructions available upon request
• Standard manufacturing tolerance is +/-10%
• Minimum Order: $1,000.00
